Early Intervention Educator

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a professional who can provide high-quality educational programs for young children with special needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized learning plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with parents and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each child
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students in a variety of settings
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early intervention education

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Care & Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent is required. Organized and meticulous individuals who love working with preschoolers are encouraged to apply.
