**Job Title:** Care Worker

 

**Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a care worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents in our residential care unit.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

Providing Personal Care Assistance: Assist residents with their daily living needs, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.

Managing Resident Safety: Monitor residents' safety and well-being, ensuring they adhere to home rules and protocols.

Healthcare Support: Provide assistance with healthcare needs, including administering medication, monitoring health conditions, and facilitating medical appointments.

Daily Resident Management: Perform daily tasks related to resident management, such as managing schedules, coordinating activities, and maintaining records.

Communication and Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.

 

**Requirements:

'N' Level / 'O' Level / Diploma

Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Able to work independently and in a team

Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, matured, and have genuine passion to work with young children
