Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join our team at SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will be responsible for handling a full range of conveyancing matters, including purchase and sales, development projects, and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conveyancing Transactions: Handle full range of conveyancing matters, including purchase and sales, development projects, and legal documentation.
  • Legal Documentation: Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients, banks, and related parties relating to the conveyancing process.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, billing, opening and closing files, managing and keeping deadlines.
  • Transaction Completion: Ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions.
  • Additional Support: Assist lawyers in other matters undertaken by the Firm, such as probate matters.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year's work experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department is preferred.
  • Litigation Experience: Experience in litigation work is an advantage.
