About This RoleThis is a full-time position that requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage AI-powered analysis and implementation strategies to revolutionize English and Language Arts education.
You'll be working closely with our multidisciplinary team of education innovators to push the boundaries of what's possible in language learning.
Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of impactful experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development.
- Fundamental coding knowledge in any programming language.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI systems in educational contexts.
- Proven ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of making complex concepts accessible to diverse audiences.
This role offers the opportunity to double the speed of skill acquisition across reading, writing, grammar, and literary analysis while maintaining educational excellence within our innovative framework.
