Global Supply Chain Transformation Executive

A seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in global supply chain operations or digital transformation is sought after to lead the transformation of a company's global operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization by planning and leading the evolution of systems, data, processes, and capabilities.

As a strategic leader, this expert will drive long-term strategy aligned with the company's goals. They will lead ERP, MES, and data modernization programs, architect scalable manufacturing systems and processes, and integrate end-to-end supply chain functions for efficiency. Additionally, they will embed predictive insights and advanced analytics into operations and build a globally fluent supply chain team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital supply chain strategy.
  • Lead the implementation of ERP, MES, and data modernization initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Ongoing optimization of end-to-end supply chain functions for maximum efficiency.
  • Embedding predictive insights and advanced analytics into operational processes.
  • Building and inspiring a globally fluent supply chain team.
