Expert Construction Project Manager

As a seasoned construction expert, you will be at the forefront of driving project success through your exceptional leadership skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in constructability, painting, construction, and other related fields to drive project success.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction activities, including defining the scope of construction work, managing timelines and costs, and overseeing the installation of various systems and equipment.

  • You will plan and implement construction strategies to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • You will schedule and manage costs to ensure projects are completed within deadlines and financial constraints.
  • You will supervise subcontractors to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and equipment specifications.
  • You will define roles and responsibilities for assigned tasks, including target setting and team coaching.
  • You will monitor maintenance systems and inventory management to optimize efficiency.
  • You will liaise with office personnel to track Class/Statutory surveys and inspection/test results.
  • You will ensure mechanical completion by ITRs and provide construction support to commissioning teams.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience working on FPSO operations
  • Strong knowledge of QC documents, traceability records, MDR, WPS, WPQR, and NDT reports
  • Familiarity with industrial codes such as ASME Sec V, VIII Div1, Section IX, B31.3, AWS D1.1, and API 570
  • AWS-SCWI and Cswip 301 Welding Certification
