Job Title: Medical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing technical support and guidance, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by building trust and credibility through regular communication and product knowledge.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to doctors and other healthcare professionals to help them maximize product usage and address any concerns.
  • Plan and deliver product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Conduct hospital-level presentations and discussions to educate customers about our products and services.
  • Meet assigned sales targets for both product and territory, identifying opportunities to grow sales and revenue.
  • Monitor sales opportunities and leads, ensuring follow-through on the purchasing process and resolving any issues that may arise.
Functional Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers.
  • Experience in supporting Interventional procedures, including Cardiovascular, Peripheral, or Endovascular procedures.
  • Familiarity with both public and private healthcare settings in Singapore.
  • Good knowledge of the medical device environment and its decision makers stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively during business and product promotions.
  • Experience in product training and marketing initiatives is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant university qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in the medical device industry, particularly with Interventional products, is an added advantage.
