Job Overview

The role of General Manager is to provide strategic leadership for ADS and anti-doping in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategies, policies and programmes for anti-doping in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership and Planning: Work with the ADS Governing Board to provide leadership for ADS and anti-doping in Singapore.
  • Operational Management: Work with the ADS team to develop, implement and evaluate annual operational plans and related budgets to achieve ADS's multi-year strategic plans.
Requirements
  • Background: Background in the fields of sport, health, law, social science and/or business administration.
  • Work Experience and Knowledge: At least 8 years' experience with strategic planning, policy development and operational management, with knowledge on quality assurance and quality management processes.

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Strong governance and stakeholder management skills
  • Legal, ethical, and policy acumen
