Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description
  • Operate packaging equipment in accordance with established safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Inspect packaging materials and finished products for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards.
  • Label packaged products accurately and efficiently to avoid errors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant packaging area that adheres to 5S or GMP standards.
  • Meet production schedules by optimizing packaging output and streamlining workflows.
  • Precision is key when completing batch records, logs, and other required documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve shared goals.
  • Comply with all safety, hygiene, and company policies to create a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field of study is highly desirable.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging, would be ideal.
  • Proficiency in operating machinery and adherence to standard operating procedures are essential skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain quality standards are crucial in this role.
