Job Description">

The Resident Engineer will oversee site activities to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage a team of technical supervisors.

  • Manage site activities to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
  • Lead a team of technical supervisors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
  • Supervise structural works, identify non-conformities, and interpret drawings and contract documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, including BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system.
  • Carry out regular site checks and ensure health and work safety in accordance with MOM.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
  • Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in steel and precast building construction, preferably in condominium projects.
  • Familiarity with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
  • Strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents, supervise C&S and Architecture works.
  • Ability to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports.
