Anomalyst Studio is a live entertainment multimedia and virtual production company that specializes in creating destination-based entertainment productions and virtual productions for film and television. We have delighted millions of audiences with our theme-based moving visuals for many landmark live events and broadcast productions in the region.

We are growing our team and looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our multimedia & virtual production projects. You will be working with a seasoned team of creatives and technologists who have charted many groundbreaking shows, films, and broadcast productions. If you enjoy working with some of the best makers and doers in the events industry and have the fervor to craft meaningful experiences, we would love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver assigned projects effectively
- Work alongside producing teams to supervise processes, communicate advice, and recommendations to both the team and clients to ensure smooth operations do not deviate from project objectives
- Collaborate with Creative / Art Directors to define project strategies, planning, and organizing of production timelines, and resource allocation (in-house teams, external expertise, vendors, partners, etc.)
- Improve existing project documentation flow: proposals, contracts, budget breakdowns, schedules, and reports
- Interact as an intermediary between clients and teams, representing projects and empowering teams
- Contribute top-notch production thinking to diversify the company's creative portfolio
- Stay updated on knowledge in multimedia and virtual production, involving creative content and technology, through consistent research of industry trends and announcements

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in video production, post-production, interactive media/installations, or the live entertainment industry
- Familiarity with the shows or events business and trends in live, virtual, and hybrid events is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work nimbly under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment
- Knowledge of the creative production process, from concept to delivery
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in organization
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and people skills (without being a 'yes-man')
- Skilled in project management, able to coordinate resources and establish KPIs
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and self-directed
- Able to work independently and with professional discretion
- Position open for Singaporeans/Singapore PRs

Remuneration will be determined based on relevancy of experience and qualifications. Our estimated salary range for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per annum.
