Job Title: Duty Manager
The Airport Lounge Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of a lounge in an airport setting, ensuring a seamless guest experience and compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shifts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and feedback.
- Coordinate with various teams to maintain service standards.
- Monitor occupancy, cleanliness, and service flow.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-spot training to staff.
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and irregular operations professionally.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or airline lounge operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to manage diverse teams.
- Familiarity with airport protocols, safety standards, and guest service systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
