Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the site construction team to ensure smooth execution of work according to schedule. This includes supervising and guiding subordinates to meet material and workmanship requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan ahead to resolve site problems before they impact cost, overall schedule, and quality.
- Chair WSH committee and attend site meetings to ensure that all problems and requirements of customers are addressed.
- Administer changes to the contract with the contracts department and review and approve plant/material requisitions.
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience as Project Manager
- Degree holder

Additional responsibilities include following up on customer complaints, assessing foreseeable risks arising from the workplace or work processes to minimize environmental impact, and taking reasonable measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to any person at the workplace.
