Site Operations Executive Role

As a Site Operations Executive, you will be responsible for leading the site construction team to ensure smooth execution of work and adherence to schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the site construction team in delivering high-quality results while maintaining strict timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve site-related issues before they impact project goals.
  • Supervise and guide subordinates in ensuring compliance with material and workmanship requirements.
  • Plan ahead to identify potential problems and develop contingency plans to minimize delays and costs.
  • Ensure all site meetings are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Review and approve plant/material requisition to optimize resource allocation.
  • Authorize site purchases and rental to support project objectives.
  • Carry out assignments given by management from time to time to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Administer changes to the contract in collaboration with the contracts department.
  • Follow up on customer complaints to minimize environmental impact associated with construction activities.
  • Take proactive measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to personnel at the workplace.
  • Implement safe work procedures and environmental control measures to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Conduct periodic safety inspections to monitor subcontractors' safety performance.
  • Participate in conducting Risk Assessment and brief/re-brief workers on RA findings.
  • Authorize stop-work orders for any unsafe work and review/revised RA as necessary.
  • Implement control measures to mitigate unsafe work and prevent recurrence.
