We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with a strong background in API testing to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an Automation Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the automation testing activities and ensuring the quality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the automation testing activities and ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Develop and execute automation test suites for API testing using tools like Selenium, Web driver, TOSCA, and SOAPUI.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using Java, TestNG, and JUnit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain automation test data and scripts.
  • Identify opportunities for testing continuous improvement and implement solutions to perform more effective and efficient testing.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on automation testing best practices.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in software automation testing with a focus on API testing.
  • Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks, including Selenium, Web driver, TOSCA, and SOAPUI.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins and Hudson.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and changing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with banking domain and knowledge of testing concepts, methodologies, and Agile process models.
  • Knowledge of continuous delivery/deployment pipelines like Jenkins and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Experience with code management repositories like GitHub and BitBucket.
