Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Information Expert to provide technical and medical information to healthcare professionals and consumers for both legacy and newly launched products. The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in computer and keyboarding skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to technical and medical information inquiries via phone, email, internet or mail.
  2. Analyze caller's questions to formulate an accurate and concise response using client-approved resources.
  3. Record inquiries and interactions in the appropriate databases following organizational and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Identify, record and triage adverse events and product complaints according to organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences courses is required.
  • Excellent language skills in English and Korean (comprehension, speaking, reading and writing).
  • Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
