Job Title: Administration Clerk

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Clerk to join our team at BUILDWICK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with exceptional administrative skills to take on various responsibilities, including data entry, payment tracking, and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Assist in administrative typing, data entry, printing, and filing.
  • Payment Tracking: Keep track of payments and invoices.
  • Customer Service: Administer job filling, answer phone calls, registered mail, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Possess at least a Secondary School or diploma.
  • Computer Literacy: Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office software.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective at prioritizing, organizing, and meeting task deadlines.
  • Independence: Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Communication: Keen to learn, possess a positive attitude, and able to communicate in Chinese and English languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English languages.
  • Salary Range: Salary based on experience.
  • Location: Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident required.
