Job Summary

The Media Services Project Coordinator is responsible for the effective management of the Broadcast Operating System (BOS). This includes management of BOS processes for broadcaster programmes, providing appropriate support for national and collaborative partners, and fulfilling a set of strategic responsibilities pertaining to TWR's ministry.

The Media Services Project Coordinator also coordinates aspects pertaining to administration of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and schedule changes. This position requires strong organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to prepare, review, and issue requested reports from BOS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with other BOS administrators (regionally & globally) to set up contracts for programmes sponsored in their regions.
  • Process MSA/ISN contracts within BOS.
  • Liaise with Production partners to confirm airing details for set up and billing.
  • Update contracts for rate increases as confirmed by GMS Director.
  • Enter all yearly budgets for Forecast as applicable in BOS as per donor/sponsor's amount for the year.
  • Track all entries that are made/adjusted.
  • Update transmission outlets and set up new ones in BOS.
  • Process billing approvals for Africa.
  • Receive and enter Lost Air reports and capturing into BOS.
