We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team at MTC Consulting Pte Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading vehicles, equipment, and energy storage system (ESS) technical and engineering issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee vehicular systems and ESS technical matters, providing engineering, pre-sales, and aftersales support.
  • Manage RAMSS (reliability, availability, maintainability, sustainability, and safety) and act as the point of contact for subcontractors, authorities, and HQ to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvements.
  • Assist in conducting and managing product training for internal and external stakeholders, including EV, ESS, and charger systems.
  • Coordinate exchange programs with HQ, managing communication, work schedules, and training logistics.
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in the automotive or transport sector is an added advantage.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with colleagues in China.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
