Infant Development Specialist
Job Description:Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care to infants from 2 months to 18 months. This includes feeding, diapering, and creating a soothing environment that encourages napping. We are looking for an experienced professional who can plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each infant's developmental milestones. Regular communication with parents regarding their child's health and well-being is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily care to infants, including feeding, changing, and maintaining a safe sleep environment.
2. Plan and implement play-based activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in infants.
3. Maintain accurate records of infant's progress and communicate effectively with parents on a regular basis.
4. Develop and maintain partnerships with families and community stakeholders to ensure the highest quality care.
5. Collaborate with other team members to establish a nurturing and inclusive environment within the center.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Relevant experience is advantageous. Candidates currently undertaking CIT, HCIC, or ACEY courses are welcome to apply for part-time positions.
