Job Description:
As an Administrator - Data Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of transaction data. This involves downloading and exporting transaction lists, verifying orders on vendor portals, and identifying discrepancies. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in this role.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
1. Downloading transaction lists from the system and exporting them in CSV/Excel format.
2. Verifying orders on vendor portals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Identifying and flagging discrepancies, such as missing or mismatched orders.
4. Preparing discrepancy reports for review and resolution.

Deliverables:
1. Organized transaction list in CSV/Excel format.
2. Discrepancy report highlighting any issues found during verification.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
