">We are looking for a skilled and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meat, and seafood.

- Wash, clean, and prepare ingredients to ensure freshness and quality before serving.">
- Prepare soup bases, condiments, and dipping sauces according to restaurant standards.">
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including washing utensils, equipment, and work areas.">
- Assist chefs and kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.">
- Receive, check, and properly store deliveries of food supplies and ingredients.">
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (SFA requirements).">
- Dispose of kitchen waste and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.">
Requirements:
">- Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role.">
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.">
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.">
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.">
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.">
