Pharmacist Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our team as an Operations Specialist.

This is not your typical dispensary role. We're looking for a pharmacist with curiosity, initiative, and a proactive mindset - someone eager to grow beyond traditional pharmacy paths and into healthcare operations, strategy, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, and distribution of medications and clinical supplies across clinics.
  • Handle full spectrum of supply chain functions: vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and inventory management.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Help build purchasing SOPs and documentation processes.
  • Support maritime medical supply operations (e.g. offshore medication delivery).
Requirements:
  • SPC Registered
  • Comfortable & flexible with out-of-office hours duty (maritime services)
  • Skilled in Data analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Capable of using simple formulas or pivot tables to analyze data effectively
