Job Title: ERP Systems Leadership Position

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and implementing ERP systems, with a strong grasp of finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Book, Project Costing, and Procurement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ERP project lifecycle, collaborating with external consultants to ensure successful deployment. They will also customize ERP reports and forms to meet business requirements, leveraging technical expertise to enhance user experience.

The role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and troubleshooting, providing timely and effective solutions. Additionally, the candidate should have proven expertise in managing and implementing ERP systems, with a strong grasp of finance modules.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in network infrastructure: VLANs, VPNs, firewall configuration, and subnetting.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and maintenance, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV and door access control, enhancing facility security.
  • Exposure to property development systems, particularly those used for leasing and residential sales, demonstrating adaptability.
  • SAP ABAP development experience is a significant advantage, showcasing technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, showcasing leadership potential.
