Customer Service & Enrolment Team Member

We are seeking a Customer Service & Enrolment superstar to join our team. As a key point of contact for parents and students, you will be responsible for sharing information about our programmes, values, and what makes us special.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enquiry Handling: Respond to enquiries from parents and students via various channels, including calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Programme Promotion: Share information about our programmes, values, and unique selling points with potential customers.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Enrolment Support: Assist families in signing up for our swim programmes and provide a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as trial bookings, payments, and registrations.
