Key Responsibilities
  • Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site
  • Control site progress and installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions, and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion
  • Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality
  • Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO, and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule
  • Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works, and make necessary recommendation of VO prices
  • Responsible for checking, evaluating, and confirming work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments, including instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors
  • Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods
  • Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting and provide detail coordination with sub-contractors
Requirements
  • Degree in M&E Engineering ONLY (Recognized Degree by BCA/PEB)
  • Minimum 2-3 years in construction-related experiences
  • Possess Electrical Trade experiences will be added advantage
