Logistics Shipping Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Shipping Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from one place to another.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in handling import and export documentation, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin would also be beneficial.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate with shipping lines, consolidators, trucking companies, and transport companies to ensure smooth shipment and timely collection of cargo.
  • Handle documents and coordination to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Liaise with forwarders and overseas agents regarding incoming and outgoing shipments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in handling import and export permits and bills of lading.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin.
