We are seeking an experienced leader to drive development, growth, and innovation within our engineering team. You will have opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, analytics, and data science. As a mentor, you will guide your teammates in achieving engineering excellence and contribute to the company's mission to empower Southeast Asia forward.

">Critical Tasks
  • Lead a team of mobile, backend, and full-stack engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to build product roadmaps and set customer-focused metrics.
  • Develop and execute quarterly plans to deliver product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Establish engineering strategies and key result targets for the team.
Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • 8+ years of engineering experience on mobile, full-stack, or backend technologies.
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a successful software engineer manager with hands-on tech solutioning.
  • Demonstrated experience in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and leading teams to achieve engineering excellence.
