Job Title: Senior Kitchen Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Senior Kitchen Professional.

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service operations and exceptional food quality.
  • Prepare ingredients, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Support junior staff with training and guidance, fostering a culture of teamwork and development.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices at all times, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of professional kitchen experience, with a strong culinary background and basic kitchen management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced service, maintaining composure and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop into a Chef de Partie role, with a commitment to ongoing education and self-improvement.
