Job Title: Home Nursing Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly-motivated and skilled Home Nursing Professional to provide home nursing services. The ideal candidate should possess a growth mindset, be adaptable, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to provide healthcare services, including intravenous antibiotic therapy, neonatal jaundice screening, and health screening for chronic disease.
  • Perform various nursing procedures, such as blood taking, intravenous cannulation, wound dressings, and vaccinations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition and assessments in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimally a Diploma in Nursing with a valid license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the needs of patients of varying age groups.
  • Able to work independently while maintaining high standards in work performed.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with intravenous cannulation and management of Peripheral Central Venous Catheters.
