Job Title: Senior Financial Executive

As a Senior Financial Executive, you will be responsible for providing financial and procurement support to the organization's executive office. Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the division's executive office with finance and procurement activities

• Streamlining and enhancing internal finance and procurement processes to bring about greater efficiency

• Assisting in the procurement of goods and services as a Purchasing Officer

• Budgeting and financial operations including processing e-invoices, tracking and monitoring purchase orders, raising journals, and monitoring budget utilization

• Conducting briefing and sharing sessions on finance and procurement matters

• Reviewing internal financial and procurement procedures and processes to improve work efficiency and effectiveness

• Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills

• Having the ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

• Being proficient in MS Office applications and IT systems

• Having preferably at least 2 years of experience in finance and/or procurement
