Job Title: Bus Transportation Coordinator

Are you a skilled driver looking for a challenging role that combines your driving expertise with instructional abilities?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bus Driver cum Instructor to join our team.

Job Description

Familiarity with Singapore roads, including restricted access areas, is essential. You will be responsible for directing drivers clearly and fluently, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations.

Performing daily vehicle checks and conducting basic repairs and maintenance are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will report any maintenance, malfunctions, or repairs needed to ensure the vehicle is always in top condition.

You must comply with traffic regulations and operate the vehicle safely. Your duties may include responding to overflow and breakdowns, including weekends, as well as motivating and teaching transportation routes to new drivers and guiding them on vehicle maintenance.



Required Skills and Qualifications

A Class 4 driver's license or above and a Bus Vocational License are mandatory requirements. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide clear instructions to drivers.

Your ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as your leadership skills, are essential for success in this role.
