Job Title:
Bid and Tender Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid and Tender Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end tendering process, especially within marine construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, compile, and submit bids and tenders in a timely and professional manner. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents for accurate cost estimation. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, BOQs, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Project Management) to gather technical and commercial inputs for tender submissions. Develop and deliver tender presentations to clients and stakeholders. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes. Monitor project budgets and provide cost control during project execution. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and industry developments.

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bidding and quantity surveying. Strong technical knowledge is a distinct advantage. Proven ability to manage full tendering process independently. Proficient in cost estimation tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Experience in marine construction will be a significant plus.
