Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product and Customer Insights Manager to join our Customer Experience and Business Trends team in Australia and Singapore.
Job DescriptionThis role will involve driving studies across multiple product lines, geographies, and departments to measure Amazon's end-to-end experience. You will partner with senior business leaders to develop studies and follow-up on actionable findings. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage ambiguity, translate complex business problems into analyses, and identify meaningful insights that help improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ambiguity: understand complex business problems across business units, geographies, and product lines to create hypotheses
- Study management: lead large and complex studies, including scoping with business leaders, study design, data collection, data analysis, recommendations, and presenting results to senior management
- Stakeholder management: Build strong relations with stakeholders to understand priorities, define the roadmap, and to collaborate on studies and actions to improve our customers' experience
Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience globally. We work closely with senior business leaders to develop products, services, ideas, and data-driven solutions that influence product and service offerings for almost every business at Amazon.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 6 years of experience analyzing data and synthesizing customer insights
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
- MBA
The estimated salary for this role is between $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
