Job Description

This role will work closely with operational teams and HR to manage and develop graduate and apprentice development programmes.

The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate all graduate and apprentice training
  • Create terms of reference for graduate and apprentice development managers
  • Work with graduate and apprentice development managers to ensure career plans and development support
  • Provide guidance to line managers of graduates and apprentices
  • Coordinate final assessment and completion of graduate and apprentice development programmes
  • Design and manage periodic programme reviews and end of programme assessment
  • Establish and maintain KPIs and metrics

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 6 years of related working experience
  • Experience in a development role for graduates and/or apprentices
  • Experience working with professional bodies and competency frameworks
  • Experience building and/or developing graduate and apprentice programmes
  • Professional services experience
  • Experience working in a complex global business
