Job Description
As a Product Engineer on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology, you will drive the development of groundbreaking technologies transforming how the world uses information. You will be responsible for understanding JEDEC specifications for HBM, creating internal architecture documentation, and acquiring schematic and layout knowledge of our designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Experience in schematic, simulation, data analysis, lab debug, or pattern manipulation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
