Audit Services Manager Job Description

Job Title: Audit Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audit Services Manager to lead our audit team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process of new clients and ensure timely delivery of audit services;
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex audit projects and meet deadlines;
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with audit engagements;
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in audit services, preferably in a leadership role;
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CA;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
