  • Plan and execute teaching tasks in accordance with school requirements, utilizing creative and engaging methods.
  • Develop and prepare learning materials to enhance class management and student engagement.
  • Assign homework, correct assignments, and grade tests, adhering to school standards.

  • Evaluate student performance to provide constructive feedback and enhance learning.
  • Update and compile teaching and learning materials, including short-term training and learning materials, in line with the latest MOE syllabus.
  • Attend school staff meetings and training programs to stay updated on best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors or management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Chinese Language Teaching, Chinese Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience teaching MOE syllabus Chinese language, including Primary and Secondary School levels.
  • Previous experience in an education center or MOE school is advantageous.
  • Able to commit to a full year of employment and work on weekends.
  • Willing to learn and possess a positive working attitude.
  • Dedicated and passionate about working with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice are preferred.
