APAC Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of APAC Customer Success Manager. This position requires a seasoned leader with experience in managing teams and driving customer success.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in payments, tech or fintech. They should have built or scaled a customer success team, focusing on reducing costs by removing operations problems at the core.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our APAC CSM team, working closely with various departments globally to enhance partner satisfaction and success. They will analyze data to prioritize important improvements for partnerships and internal processes.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong partner relationships and resolving issues
- Scales partner operations to ensure partners get the most from Wise
- Improving product operations to enhance the experience for partners
- Implementing technical solutions to streamline processes
- Improving the quality of services provided to partners
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in payments, tech or fintech
- Experience in building or scaling a customer success team
- Strong analytical skills to prioritize important improvements
- Ability to influence internal teams to prioritize improvements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
