Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Study contract documents, perform measurements, and prepare Bills of Quantities to ensure accurate project costs.
  • Subcontractor Management: Compile subcontractor quotations and submit them to the project team for review, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Tender and Contract Review: Assist in reviewing tenders and contracts to arrive at the tender sum, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor projects during the defects liability period to ensure timely completion and resolution of any issues.
  • Design and Documentation: Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building/Construction or Quantity Surveying.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
