We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at HL BANK. As a Global Markets Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new treasury customers and increase wallet sizes with existing clients
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies for the region or portfolio assigned
  • Coach and manage junior dealers to achieve sales targets
  • Work with the Business & Corporate Banking division on account plans for major clients
  • Provide training on treasury solutions and products to BCB and Trade counterparts
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Treasury Sales and Marketing
  • Familiarity with FX Option, Interest Rate Derivative, and Commodity Solutions
  • Strong knowledge in pricing and structuring of Derivative Products across asset classes
  • Experience in guiding, coaching, and motivating juniors
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
  • Completed FMRP (Financial Markets Regulatory Practices) Examinations
