Portfolio Management Assistant

Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Portfolio Management Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting portfolio managers in their daily activities, ensuring seamless execution of trade orders, and maintaining accurate records of trades and settlements.

  • Supporting portfolio managers with trade execution, reconciliation, and analysis;
  • Liaising with partner banks/brokers/accountants to resolve any discrepancies or issues;
  • Processing onboarding, subscription, and redemption requests, including due diligence checks and documentation;
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping;
  • Collaborating with business support providers to ensure efficient transaction processing and investor satisfaction;
  • Maintaining accurate records of trades, settlement, funding, and reconciliation;
  • Providing analytical support to portfolio managers and other teams as needed;

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly;
  • Relevant academic or professional experience in accounting, fund accounting, or private banking;
