Biological Sciences Professor in Fungal Research

NTU (Nanyang Technology University - Main Office - HR) is seeking a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant/Associate or tenured Full Professor in Fungal Biology. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and accomplished team of faculty members from the Science and Engineering Schools on the NTU campus.
The School of Biological Sciences (SBS) invites candidates to apply for this tenure track position. We are seeking a highly motivated individual ready to lead a dynamic research team and address fundamental biological problems.
We expect the successful candidate to establish his/her research group at SBS/NTU, focusing on topics such as functional fungal genomics, fungal genetics and epigenetics, emerging fungal diseases, fungal pathogenesis, host-pathogen interaction, antifungal drug resistance, secondary metabolism, and fungal synthetic biology.
A competitive salary range is between $120,000-$220,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include generous start-up funds and laboratory space. Interested applicants can send their enquiries to relevant faculty members within the university.
