We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team.
- About the Role:
- This is an opportunity for a creative individual to support, design and execute visual merchandising (VM) requirements for all stores in Singapore. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely VM launch and execution, while identifying and addressing any issues that may arise against brand guidelines and standards.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design software. A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, creativity, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the TM team on VM launch schedules and eDMs.
- Develop strategic eDM designs to effectively showcase promotions.
- Propose and recommend eye-catching product displays at retail stores to highlight the product's strength and promote the image of the brand through posters, shelf strips, wobblers, and others, and execute in-stores.
- Manage external suppliers and vendors to ensure setup is done according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor competitors' activities from a VM perspective.
Requirements:
- Possess or be obtaining a Diploma in Design or equivalent.
- Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design and/or editing programs.
- A can-do attitude with a tenacious spirit.
- Resourceful, creative, and detailed-oriented.
- Pasionate about the beauty industry.
Benefits:
- Commitment period: 6 months.
- Working hours: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM) with 1 day WFH.
