Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, email, and offline promotions. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize SEO campaigns, including keyword research and content optimization, to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad copywriting, bid strategy, and conversion tracking, to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Design and distribute printed marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and banners, to promote brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community groups to strengthen brand visibility and drive partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a multi-faceted role covering SEO, Google Ads, social media, email, and offline campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and design tools, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with WordPress website administration and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
