Highly Motivated Data Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
- Identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic, identify problems; and recommend and implements solutions.
- Provide expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of applications support.
- Assist in auditing, maintaining, and improving data quality, developing scalable data processes, supporting compliance with PDPA regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide accurate insights and effective data solutions.
- Ensure all compliance-related policies and procedures are appropriately approved, documented, and communicated within the Production Management Organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-10 years experience
- 5 years of experience in data management, regulatory reporting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the financial industry.
- Experience with data governance and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and IFRS.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
