Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Surface Mount Technology Machines such as Screen printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.
- Assist in machine setup, calibration, and minor maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect assembled PCBs for solder quality and components alignment to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with teams to address quality-related issues and implement solutions.
- Adhere to work instructions and standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
- A strong foundation in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, preferably with a GCE 'O' Level or Nitec certification.
- Previous experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical manuals and assembly instructions in English language is required.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, with a physical fitness level that enables you to perform duties effectively.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed to support business requirements.
