Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative & Brand Lead to spearhead our branding and creative direction. This role requires a strong balance of creative vision, hands-on design ability, and strategic brand thinking.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of creative output — from brand campaigns and visual identity to social media content and storytelling.

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, visual identity, and creative campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across all touchpoints.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Creative Direction
  • Develop and execute brand strategy, visual identity, and creative campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and look across all touchpoints.
Content & Social Media
  • Oversee ideation, planning, and execution of social media content.
  • Drive content strategy to increase engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.
Creative Production
  • Manage designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies to deliver creative assets on time.
  • Provide art direction during photoshoots and content production.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with Marketing, Retail, and Product teams to support campaigns and business initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a small creative team, fostering innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in branding, creative direction, or content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital content, and creative work.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and familiarity with video editing.
