Key Responsibilities

  • Product Backlog Management: You will own and prioritize the product backlog based on internal product team and external customer needs.

  • Change Management: You will support change management and training programs.
  • Team Culture: You will support a positive team culture to enable an authentic and open environment that grows with the diverse experiences and perspectives of the team.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in any IT field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, consulting, or related fields.
  • SDLC Methodologies: Understanding of SDLC methodologies.
  • Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and passion for quality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical Commercial Sales & Marketing: Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial sales & marketing landscape.
  • Agile Project Management: Agile project management experience.
  • JIRA/Confluence: Experience with JIRA/Confluence.
  • Coaching Experience: Coaching experience of junior-level team members.
