At our laundry service, we are seeking a skilled Delivery Attendant to join our team.

Job Description:

A Laundry Delivery Attendant is responsible for ensuring efficient and professional delivery and pickup of laundry from customers. This involves retrieving soiled laundry from clients and delivering cleaned laundry to hotels, restaurants, or commercial clients in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by handling questions, requests, or issues with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Maintaining accurate logs of pickups and deliveries, including customer signatures, laundry counts, and any special instructions.
  • Following assigned delivery routes efficiently and ensuring all deliveries are made within the scheduled time frames.
  • Adhering to hygiene standards when handling laundry, ensuring clean laundry is kept separate from soiled laundry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic organizational skills for handling orders, paperwork, and delivery schedules.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy laundry bags and stand or drive for extended periods.
